Product Overview

LavAdvantage is a thermostatic point-of-use Commercial Electric Tankless water heater for handwashing and other low flow applications. With 3/8 in. compression fittings, LavAdvantage is easy to install and use, and has the industrys lowest activation with 0.2 GPM turn on flow. Other features include: silent operation, field adjustable set point, dry-fire protection on initial start-up, and active energy management with power modulating controls. The SPEX1812T is 1.8 kW and requires 120-Volt.
