The Evercoat Light Speed LED Cure High Build Primer, part number 100398 (FIB.398), is a ready-to-spray hybrid polyester primer surfacer. It provides exceptional filling capabilities and is compatible with waterborne paint systems, adhering to VOC compliance standards. Designed for ultra-fast curing, it requires an LED lamp (wavelength 395nm, minimum irradiance 30 mW/cm2) for 5 to 6 minutes. This gray liquid primer sands easily, exhibits no shrinkage, and passes 500-hour salt spray tests (ASTM B117). It is suitable for application on aluminum, galvanized steel, fiberglass, steel, and body filler or putty. The primer is supplied in a 1-quart (946 mL) container.
