EXCALIBUR APEX Galvanized Scoop Anchors The EXCALIBUR APEX Anchor is a bolt-together scoop-style anchor engineered for boats, yachts, and sailboats requiring reliable holding performance across a wide range of seabed conditions. Manufactured from hot-dipped galvanized steel, the anchor features a shovel-scoop fluke geometry designed to achieve rapid penetration and remain securely set during wind and tide shifts, reducing the likelihood of dragging under load reversals. The modular bolt-together construction allows the anchor to be disassembled for compact stowage as a spare, while the shank profile supports self-deploying and self-recovering operation on most bow rollers; the anchor includes the shank, fluke, roll bar components, Grade-5 assembly bolts, lubricant, and an assembly guide, with anchor rode and additional anchoring hardware required but not included.
