The H20 GAUGE (F12904) is a temperature gauge that operates by sending a low amperage current through the gauge s meter to the ground by sending a unit with variable resistance. The resistance of the sending units increases or decreases with the changes in pressure and temperature. As the sender s resistance varies, it allows the amount of current to flow through to the ground to change and the meter deflects and shows the temperature.
