Fernco 3"x2"x3" Down Spout Adapter. It stretches easily over most downspouts and drain pipes to seal out debris and pests. Installation is fast and simple, with no tools, cement or glue required. It won't crack or become brittle with age. Install using a torque wrench for a water tight seal. For use with aluminum, steel or plastic downspouts and cast iron, spiral, corrugated or plastic drain pipe.
