Product Overview

Fernco's stainless steel shear rings help maintain proper alignment even in the most unstable ground conditions. Designed to withstand shear forces below ground. Used in conjunction with Fernco couplings.

  • Install using a torque wrench for a water tight seal
  • Flexible PVC coupling with 300 series stainless steel shield (0.012 in. thick) and clamps
  • Can be used on many types of pipe within the O.D. range
  • Rated for above or below ground applications
  • 4.3 psi maximum test pressure
  • Maximum operating temperature of 140°F
