Overview:
P95 is a multi-purpose, advanced, smooth, polymer sealant. The product's one component design ensures that it cures rapidly when exposed to atmospheric moisture, to form a durable bond, and can be applied in a wide range of temperature and weather conditions (-40deg F to 140deg F). It is engineered to deliver an aggressive, watertight, adhesion, with moving joints in most common construction substrates like concrete, masonry, metal, vinyl, wood, stucco, asphalt, and flashing. It is also ideal for sealing perimeters of storefronts, doors, and curtainwall framing. P95 is compatible with insulated glass sealants, painted metal finishes like Kynar, and powder coat. It is not recommended for ground applications. P95 contains no solvents and very low volatile organic compounds (VOCs) making it an environmentally conscious product choice. .

Hazard Statement:
Classification: This chemical is considered hazardous by the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) Skin sensitization: Category 1 Serious eye damage/eye irritation: Category 2 Reproductive toxicity: Category 1B Emergency Overview: Signal word - Danger Hazard Statements: Causes serious eye irritation; May cause an allergic skin reaction; May damage fertility or the unborn child Appearance: Varies Physical State: Paste Liquid Odor: Mint-like
Surface Preparation:
The substrate must be clean, dry, frost-free, sound, and free of any oils, greases, incompatible sealers, paints, or coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Do not apply if surface is damp or contaminated. It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.
How to Use:
For best results, ensure surface is clean, dry and free of oil and grease. Cut nozzle to desired bead size, puncture inner seal. Apply with a caulking gun, forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed. Clean excess material with mineral spirits or similar solvent.
Prevention:
Wash face, hands and any exposed skin thoroughly after handling. Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like protective gloves, protective clothing, and face protection. Wear eye/face protection.
Storage:
Material is to be stored under controlled dry environment below (75deg F). Use within 10 months from date of manufacture
Precautions:
IF ON SKIN: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. If skin irritates or rash occurs, get medical attention. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do; continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, get medical attention. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a Poison Center or doctor. DO NOT induce vomiting. STORAGE Material is to be stored under controlled dry environment below (75deg F). Use within 10 months from date of manufacture.
