It is not for use when glazing insulated units. Not recommended for structural glazing or insulated glass, laminated glass, mirror installations or aquariums.

Material/Construction:
Meets ASTM C-920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, M, G, A, O; TT-S-00230C & TT-S-001534A (COM-NBS) VOC: 3.47%, UV Resistance: Excellent, Movement: +/- 25% Hardness: (Shore A) 20 +/-25%, Peel Strength: 19 psi, Tensile Strength: 375 psi, Staining: None, Service Temperature: -40 deg. Hazard Statement:
Classification: This chemical is considered hazardous by the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200)

Surface Preparation:
The substrate must be clean, dry, frost-free, sound, and free of any oils, greases, incompatible sealers, paints, or coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Do not apply if surface is damp or contaminated. It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.

Prevention:
Wash face, hands, and any exposed skin thoroughly after handling. Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like protective gloves, protective clothing, and face protection. Wear eye/face protection.

Storage:
Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Protect from moisture. Store locked up.

How to Use:
For best results, ensure surface is clean, dry, and free of oil and grease. Cut nozzle to desired bead size, puncture inner seal. Apply with a caulking gun, forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed. Sealant will form a skin in 12 minutes and exhibit full cure within 48 hours. Can be applied in warm or cold conditions. Clean excess material with mineral spirits or similar solvent. It is the user's responsibility to thoroughly test any proposed uses with any and/or all substrates.

Precautions:
IF ON SKIN: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. If skin irritates or rash occurs get medical attention. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do; continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, get medical attention. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a Poison Center or doctor. DO NOT induce vomiting
