Fiebing Company Inc. 011-53700 Glycerine Saddle Soap is formulated to clean and preserve smooth leather items such as boots, shoes, saddles, bridles, and other large leather goods. The 8 oz bar effectively removes embedded dirt and sweat while lubricating leather fibers to prevent brittleness and maintain suppleness. Glycerine, a humectant, helps to attract and retain moisture, leaving a thin, protective film that seals the leather's pores and provides a soft luster or satin finish. This product, also identified by manufacturer code 011-20050, is designed for use on smooth leather and is not recommended for suede or rough leathers. It can also be used for slicking leather edges.
