Product Overview
The Flair-It 30751 transition fitting is designed to connect two different types of 1/2" PEX plumbing connections. One end features a 1/2" Flair-It push-on connection, which is a tool-free, tighten-to-compress design using a flared insert that creates a seal against the inner and outer diameter of PEX or polybutylene (PB) tubing. The other end is a 1/2" PEX crimp-style connection, intended for secure installation with a crimp ring and a specialized crimping tool to form a permanent, leak-free seal. Constructed from durable polymer, this fitting is suitable for use in hot and cold potable water plumbing systems. Many Flair-It fittings are NSF listed (Standard 14) and comply with ASTM D 3309.
