Product Overview
The Fresh-Aire UV TUV-ICE-ST is a single lamp germicidal ultraviolet (UV) light system designed for installation in ice machines. It continuously sterilizes mold, bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens within the ice machine's interior using a 254 nm UV-C lamp. The 8" long, 0.74" diameter lamp is water-resistant and features a shatter-resistant Teflon® safety coating, providing an effective life of two years. This system operates on a 110-277 VAC auto-switching multi-voltage electronic power supply, measuring " x 2.5" x 1". The kit includes the power supply, UV lamp, stainless steel shield, L-bracket, and mounting hardware. Weighing 1.5 lb, it helps maintain ice quality and reduces the need for frequent chemical cleaning. The manufacturer, Fresh-Aire UV, provides a lifetime warranty on all parts excluding the lamp.
