FSS1-F - Flush Mount Version (Morticed), 10 - 30VDC/typically 50mA, Door Gap 1 - 7mm, Door Movement 15mm, Space for Type 1 and 2 Modules

The FSS1 Series of High Security Door Monitoring Sensors provide a perfect high security solution for door position monitoring. It is a state-of-the-art monitoring solution with a flush mount version for new construction, and surface mount version as a preferable replacement for common magnetic balanced reed sensors.

Designed for high security applications in government, high risk and defense installations.

FSH's FSS1 Series High Security Door Monitoring Sensor are comprised of seven magnetic sensors used to detect a unique magnetic footprint from an array of magnets on the magnetic faceplate. One sensor is used to detect the magnetic faceplate's position in relation to the device, while the other six are used to calculate the polarity, size, strength and position of the magnets in relation to the memorized pattern.
