This Gardner Bender AMW-336 Xtreme primary wire is a 16 AWG (American Wire Gauge) electrical conductor designed for demanding low-voltage applications. Featuring a tinned copper conductor for maximum protection against corrosion and electrolysis, it is insulated with a heat and abrasion-resistant material that withstands salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, and UV radiation. Rated for up to 600V and a maximum temperature of 105°C (221°F), this ultra-flexible, Type 3 stranded wire is suitable for automotive, marine, and general-purpose DC circuits, as well as industrial control panels and low-voltage electrical systems.
