War Heroes 

GP (known as Georgia Hardwood Lumber Company) was the largest lumber supplier to the US Army during World War II. 

  

First in the West 

GP acquired its first western facility in Bellingham, Washington, in 1947. 

Stepping Stones of Success 

In 1968, GP achieved its landmark “$1 billion” sales target. 

  

Going the Consumer Way 

GP acquired consumer brands Brawny®, Dixie, and Quilted Northern® in the year 2000. 

  

Towards a Brighter Tomorrow 

Georgia-Pacific's growth story continues, as the company acquired PAX Corrugated Products in 2017.
