Gunther GN200A Gunther Extra/Build Mirror Mastic - Cartridge

CRL Gunther Ultra/Bond® and Extra/Build® Mirror Mastics are high quality adhesives formulated to provide a strong, permanent bond between electro-copper-plated glass mirror and various substrates. Both have been field tested for compatibility with silver, copper, and mirror backing. Both have an easy working consistency year round, and will adhere to a wide variety of substrates including Drywall, Wood, Metal, Glass, Marble, and Tile but should be tested for Bleeding.
Gunther Extra/Build® viscosity provides for a build out of 2-1/2" (64 mm) without sag for custom mirrored walls or vanities, where construction is such that there are gaps of over 3/4" (19 mm) between the mirror and the substrate.
Notes: The following chart indicates the rate of curing for Gunther extra/build.

■ Curing time will depend on temperature and the amount of air to reach Gunther extra/build. A 4-inch spot will cure faster than a 6-inch spot.
■ Mounting Time - Mirrors can be mounted up to 20 minutes after application of Gunther extra/build.
■ Adjusting Time - Gunther extra/build can be adjusted for a period of 24 hours after installation, to ensure proper mirror alignment.
Product Warning:
*For best application results, apply Gunther extra/build in 4" diameter patties for every square foot. Not for exterior applications.

Gunther Prime and Seal provides a solid basis for better adhesion and protects against etching on the back of the mirror after it's cut.

*NOT for outdoor use.

*DO NOT use on acrylic mirrors.

*DO NOT apply to wallpaper or apply directly to Safety films made of vinyl and not on acrylic mirrors or treated wood.

Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Vapors may ignite explosively. No smoking. Delete all flames, burners or ovens. Turn off heating and lights are off, and disconnect all electrical motors and appliances before use disappeared until all vapors. Prevent formation of vapor present in the open all the windows and doors. The central nervous system may be affected, as the fumes can cause dizziness, headaches and nausea. Direct contact of the skin, eyes or clothing should be avoided. Avoid breathing vapors. Repeated or prolonged inhalation can cause brain damage, nervous system, liver or the kidneys can be attacked, as it can lead to heart rhythm disturbances. ABUSE AND INHALATION OF THE INGREDIENTS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY.
