SPECS :

Applications:

  • For use on door 1" (25mm) to 1-3/8" (35mm) thick,
  • Frame and door leaf alignment ribs for proper hinge and door location

Clearance:

  • 5/16" (8 mm) hinge side plus standard lockside clearance,
  • Refer to Door and Frame Dimensioning in the General Information section for further details

Door Reinforcement: None required to 200 lbs. Heavier weight use 16-gauge channel.

Electricmodifications: Exposed Electric Switches (E1S)

Fasteners:

  • #12-24 X 11/16" Flat Head Self-Drill fasteners
  • Dril-Kwik® fasteners

Features:

  • Heavy duty for high frequency doors or heavy, medium frequency doors. For doors 1" (25 mm) to 1-3/8" (35 mm) thick.
  • Frame and door leaf alignment ribs for proper hinge and door location.
