Havoline extended life antifreeze/coolant Dex-Cool has been recommended by General Motors for the use of this patented carboxylate formula in virtually all of its vehicle warranties since 1996. This coolant is both silicate and phosphate free. Extends water pump life and provides hot surface aluminum protection. Gives effective, long-term corrosion protection for all cooling system metals. Protects against winter freeze-up and minimizes summer boil-over. Is storage stable for 8 years. Orange in color.
