CRL Heavy-Duty Adjustable Dual-Purpose Bottom Pivot Set is Ideally used for 1" (25 mm) deep bottom door rail applications. It can also be used in place of the standard bottom pivot set. It comes with a solid steel base plate to support heavier doors with traffic area with additional mounting holes. A 3/16" (5 mm) height adjustment is possible with the door on or off of the pivot. CRL Heavy-Duty Adjustable Dual-Purpose Bottom Pivot Set is suitable for both end-load or side load center hung applications. It offers a great weighing capacity up to 200 lbs. (90.7 kg). This CRL Heavy-Duty Adjustable Dual-Purpose Pivot Set is for use with 1" (25 mm) deep bottom door rail applications, and can be used in place of the standard Bottom Pivot Set.
