Product Overview
The CRL HDTTW606 Heavy-Duty Tilt-Top Glass Washer features a stainless steel cabin, covers and pans for pre-spray, detergent, and rinse compartments. There are also stainless steel brush-and-roller journals in wet sections, plus slide-out stainless steel tanks, pitched for easy rinsing and cleaning. Floating upper rollers minimize scuffing of coated glass, while the upper roller pivot design eliminates thin glass breakage. Glass processing at 35 FPM (10.7 MPM) is standard.
Lubrication fittings on all brush and conveyor bearings make maintenance easy. Rollers in wet sections are Nitrile covered and precision ground. The brushes are 6" (152 mm) in diameter and are compatible with Low-e glass. 1/2 HP stainless steel pumps are used in recirculated detergent and rinse. All panels and electric equipment are UL certified. A convenient operator control station is on the loading conveyor and features sequential, one-button starting, a detergent temperature display, and low detergent level alarm.
Popular options include the Patented Rapid-Height One Second thickness change-over, Hydraulic Tilt-Top Lifters, and prep for Aqua-Miser® or similar Total Water Recirculation System.
Controls: All controls are built to OSHA requirements, utilizing CE, CSA and UL Certified components. Wiring for three phase, 60 cycle, 230V AC power.
