The Henry HE887HS073 Tropi-Cool 100% Silicone Roof Coating is a white, moisture-cure coating formulated to reflect the sun's heat and UV rays, providing superior sealing and protection for various roof types. Its composition includes polysiloxanes, nepheline syenite, titanium dioxide, and amorphous fumed crystalline-free silica, ensuring extreme durability and permanent ponding water resistance. This solvent-free, VOC-compliant coating is designed for use in all climates, especially those with intense UV exposure, and features Dirt Pick-Up Resistance (DPR) Technology to maintain reflectivity as it ages. It is 100% waterproof, rain-safe in 15 minutes, and offers excellent adhesion and flexibility. The coating can be applied by spray, roller, or brush, with an application temperature range of 35 °F to 120 °F (2 °C to 49 °C). It is suitable for aged asphalt, single-ply, rubber, fiberglass, SPF, metal, concrete, and previously coated roofs, and comes in a 4.75-gallon pail, covering approximately 67 sq ft per on.
