The HES 9500-LBM electric strike is a surface-mounted, fire-rated device designed for use with rim exit devices requiring a 3/4" Pullman latch. This HES 9500 Series strike features a 3-hour fire rating, making it suitable for fire door assemblies. It offers field-selectable 12/24VDC operation and includes a latchbolt monitor (LBM) to detect when the latchbolt is in a locked position. Encased in a 3/4" thick stainless steel housing, it installs on metal or wood frames without requiring frame cutting. The strike is field-selectable for fail-safe or fail-secure operation and is non-handed. It meets ANSI/BHMA A156.31 Grade 1 standards and is UL 10C, UL 1034, and NFPA 80-07 compliant. It features a 9" x 1-3/4" faceplate and is finished in Satin Bronze (612).
