The HES 9600 Series Electric Strike with Latchbolt Monitor (LBM) is a surface-mounted device designed for rim exit devices, accommodating up to 3/4-inch Pullman latchbolts. Constructed from stainless steel with a satin stainless steel (BHMA 630) finish, it requires no frame cutting for installation. This dual-voltage unit operates on 12 or 24 VDC and features field-selectable fail-safe or fail-secure operation. It boasts a static strength of 2,000 lbs, a dynamic strength of 120 ft-lbs, and an endurance of 1,000,000 cycles. Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.31 Grade 1, UL 1034 Burglary-Resistant, UL 294, UL 305, ANSI 250.13-2003 Severe Windstorm, and Florida Building Code Approved (FL#14307).
