The HES 9700-LBSM is a heavy-duty, surface-mounted electric strike designed for use with Corbin Russwin SecureBolt and Yale SquareBolt exit devices. It features field-selectable 12 or 24 VDC operation and a latchbolt strike monitor (LBSM) for status feedback. Constructed from 3/4 inch thick stainless steel with a Bright Stainless Steel (629) finish, it requires no cutting of the door frame for installation. This non-handed strike offers horizontal adjustability and is rated for 2,000 lbs static strength and 120 ft-lbs dynamic strength, with an endurance of 1,000,000 cycles. It is ANSI/BHMA A156.31 Grade 1 compliant, UL 10C 3-hour fire-rated (fail-secure only), UL 1034 burglary-resistant, and ANSI/SDI 250.13 windstorm rated.
