Fast drying, easy sanding and quick filling, it may be used as a high solids primer, a primer surfacer or a wet-on-wet tintable sealer. Use with High Teck's 2.1 VOC Universal Activators (Fast: 7591, Medium: 7592, Slow: 7593).
