HIGH TECK 8221 series is a premium automotive Euro Style 2-1 (2.1 VOC) clear, which is required in certain areas that require low VOC properties. Its distinct "water white" property eliminates concerns of color change, especially over white. 8221-5 is easy to apply with little effort for a beautiful, clear gun finish. 8221-5 has outstanding buffing capabilities and a superior gloss for a glamorous appearance. This clear can be used in 2.1 VOC restricted areas with the appropriate activators 8222-25 (Fast), 8223-25 (Medium), 8224-25 (Slow)
