The Hillman Fasteners Power Pro Blue Flat Head Concrete Screw (mfr code: 376524) is designed for secure fastening into concrete, masonry, block, and brick substrates. Constructed from heat-treated carbon steel, these 3/16" diameter by 2-1/4" long screws feature a flat head with under-head micro-nibs to ensure a clean countersink, especially in wood-to-concrete applications. The blue epoxy coating provides superior corrosion protection, exceeding 1,000 hours of salt spray testing, and is approved for use with AC257 treated lumber. Equipped with a Star Drive for enhanced torque transfer and reduced cam-out, the screws have wide, serrated threads that allow for fast and clean installation. They are building code approved, including by the California Building Code and Florida Building Code.
