The Hillman Fasteners 376541 Power Pro Blue Flat Head Concrete Screw is an anchor designed for secure fastening into concrete, block, and brick. Constructed from heat-treated carbon steel, these screws feature a blue epoxy coating that provides superior corrosion protection, offering 50 percent greater resistance compared to standard screws and exceeding 1,000 hours in salt spray testing per ASTM B116. The flat head design allows for a flush finish in countersunk applications, while the star drive (Torx) provides six contact points to minimize cam-out and ensure efficient torque transfer. Engineered with wide, serrated threads that cut cleanly into masonry and a threaded tip for quick penetration, these screws also include under-head micro-nibs to facilitate clean countersinking in wood-to-concrete applications. They are AC257 Treated Lumber approved, making them suitable for various construction projects.
