The Hillman Fasteners #48367 is a coarse thread Phillips drive drywall screw, measuring #6 in diameter and 2 inches in length. These screws are designed for securing gypsum drywall sheets to wood studs or wood framing. They feature a bugle head that helps prevent material tearing and allows for a flush finish with the wall surface. Constructed from steel and finished with a black phosphate coating, these screws offer improved grip, enhanced mud adhesion, and a degree of corrosion resistance. The coarse threads provide strong holding power in wood, while the sharp point enables easier penetration without the need for pre-drilling.
