AM-1 series adjusts, maintains, and limits the hot water temperature settings to provide comfort and protect equipment at home. Designed to prevent scalding water and legionella bacteria growth by storing water at 140°F and higher. Delivers safe and comfortable water temperatures out of the faucet at 120°F.
