CRL Hot Melt Butyl 3 LB Cakes are easy-to-use in CRL SS96, SS88, Aztech ATXM1, and ATX11 dispensing systems. It is packaged in coated release boxes (16 boxes per case), and can be easily inserted into dispensers with smaller melting pots. Recommended application temperature of 350 degreeF - 400 degreeF (177 degreeC - 205 degreeC).
Insulating glass units made with CRL3070 Series Hot Melt Butyl have great structural adhesion with a low residual tack, low argon permeability, and an exceptionally low moisture vapor transfer rate. Formulated to exceed ASTM E2188, E2189, E2190 (HIGS) specifications.
