CRL HEG522 Hot Melt Extruder Gun
CRL Hot Melt Butyl Rope are insulating glass sealant in rope form. They are made to use in our Hot Extruder Gun made by Hardman® or Triplematic. Cat No. N415 Hot Melt Butyl has a low moisture vapour transfer rate, excellent adhesion to glass and metal, up to 1,000% elongation, it has a low shrinkage rate and highly resistant to weathering and UV breakdown. CRL Hot Melt Butyl Rope Cools within 5 to 10 minutes after application to form a strong, resilient seal for insulating glass units. It is highly durable with an indefinite Shelf and work life. Specification and material safety data sheets available on request. Important Notes: Proper safety measures should be taken while using this product as hot melt butyl can cause burns.
