The Hubbell Raco 1198B2 rigid locknut is designed for securing 2-inch threaded rigid or IMC (Intermediate Metal Conduit) to a junction box, enclosure, or coupling. Constructed from steel with a zinc electro-plated finish, it provides corrosion resistance and mechanical protection for the raceway. Its locking tangs bite into the enclosure, ensuring a tight connection and aiding in maintaining ground continuity while preventing loosening from vibration. This locknut is suitable for use in dry locations for various electrical applications. It is supplied as a pack of two and is not UL listed.
