Ideal Security's Light Pneumatic Screen Door Closer provides quiet and reliable closing for lightweight storm doors and screen doors made of aluminum, steel, or wood. It is designed for doors 3/4" to 1 1/4" thick and features a speed adjustment screw allowing you to customize the closing strength and speed to your liking.
The Screen Door Closer can either be used to replace previous lightweight closers on your storm door or screen door, or implemented as a new first-time installation. If it is being used as a replacement, ensure that you install it at the same location as the existing or previous unit.
For a first-time installation, you'll need a drill with a 1/8" bit for pilot holes, a pencil to mark the hole locations, and a Phillips screwdriver. You can position the closer at the top, middle, or bottom of your storm door, depending on your preference.
The Ideal Security Screen Door Closer comes packaged with all the necessary installation parts, such as screws, pins, a washer, a jamb bracket, and a door bracket.
