This Imperial USA CPS4545-US3 full mortise single acting spring hinge, constructed from steel, is designed for automatic self-closing of doors. It features a three-knuckle design with adjustable spring tension, allowing for precise control of the closing force using an included tool. The hinge measures 4.5 inches by 4.5 inches with square corners and has a plain bearing. It is finished in US3 Bright Brass. The hinge is UL Listed R19063 for "A" label fire doors, conforms to ANSI/BHMA K81071F for self-closing hinges, and meets NFPA 80 for a 3-hour fire rating. It is supplied with both wood and machine screws for installation.
