Product Overview
The Imperial USA TH1110OC-LH-AL Old Castle Style Offset Door Pivot is designed for aluminum doors and frames, supporting weights up to 125 pounds. This left-handed pivot features a 3/4" offset and is suitable for both flush face frame installation and 1/8" recessed door applications. Constructed with an aluminum case, it is weather-resistant and includes a full race ball bearing for smooth operation. The pivot allows for 1/8" vertical adjustment and transfers the entire door weight to the floor-mounted portion, preventing sag. It features a temper-proof design that is easily removable when unlocked, and is finished in Aluminum. The pivot measures approximately 2" in width, 2" in depth, and 3" in height.
