This Imperial USA THY-1195HD-DU is a heavy-duty continuous geared hinge designed for full surface mounting on commercial doors. Constructed from extruded 6063 T6 aluminum alloy, this 95-inch hinge provides full-length support, distributing the door's weight evenly across the frame. It is equipped with 32 self-lubricating concealed thrust bearings, making it suitable for high-frequency applications and capable of supporting doors up to 600 lbs with proper reinforcement. The hinge features a non-handed design for versatile installation and includes a templated hole pattern for through bolts and machine screws. It comes in a Duranodic finish, which is a dark bronze anodized coating.
