Product Overview
This Ingersoll Rand DXSK2M15 hex metric impact socket set includes 15 sockets ranging from 12mm to 33mm (12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 21mm, 22mm, 24mm, 27mm, 30mm, 32mm, 33mm). The sockets are constructed from impact-grade chrome-molybdenum (Cr-Mo) alloy steel with a manganese phosphate finish for corrosion resistance. Designed for use with Ingersoll Rand DXS2 drive impacts, the DXS Drive technology enhances torque efficiency by up to 15% and extends tool life by up to 20% compared to traditional square drive sockets, while also reducing overall tool length by up to 3/4 inch. Features include a ball nose retention pin for quick installation and removal, high-visibility laser-etched markings, and relieved 6-point hex corners to minimize fastener rounding. The set meets or exceeds ASME B107.110 specifications and comes with a foam organizer shadowboard tray.
