Product Overview
This aluminum foil tape, Intertape Polymer Group (IPG) model 9203 (manufacturer code 77113), is designed for seaming and sealing fiberglass duct board and duct wrap in HVAC systems. It helps to enhance appearance, maintain vapor barrier integrity, block odors and moisture, and prevent heat and cooling loss. Featuring an aluminum foil backing and a high tack rubber-based adhesive, this flame-retardant tape applies wrinkle-free and is non-removable. It measures 3 inches wide by 50 yards long and is recommended for application at a minimum temperature of 40°F (4°C). The tape has been tested in accordance with ASTM E-84 / UL-723 for flame spread and smoke development and meets HUD and BOCA code
