Product Overview
Flexible impeller pump with a mechanically activated clutch drive mechanism to engage or disengage pump as needed. Generally powered by propulsion engines, but may be driven by any adequate source of belt-drive power. The clutch will "free wheel" with the source of power until the pump is required. Bronze pump body and rotary-mechanical face seals for long life in heavy-duty applications. Excellent for bilge pumping, live wells, washdown or other general purpose applications. Tapered shaft turns in only one direction.
