Product Overview
The Johns Manville Linacoustic RC (MPN: RC147.5) is a flexible fiberglass duct liner designed for internal lining of sheet metal ducts within air conditioning, heating, and ventilating systems. Constructed from strong glass fibers bonded with a thermosetting resin, its airstream surface is protected by a Permacote® acrylic coating and flexible glass mat reinforcement. This design provides superior acoustical and thermal performance with an R-value of 4.2, and resists dust, dirt, and microbial growth. It measures 1 inch thick, 47.5 inches wide, and comes as a 100-foot roll. The product is GREENGUARD Gold certified and UL Classified for E84 with a Flame Spread of 25 and Smoke Developed of 50. It meets ASTM C1071 Type I, ASTM G21, G22, and C1338 standards, with a maximum operating temperature of 250°F and can withstand air velocities up to 6,000 fp
