Product Overview
This Jones Stephens N11-002 is a nylon hose barb tee fitting designed to create a branched connection in polyethylene (PE) tubing or other flexible hose lines. Constructed from nylon, the fitting features 1/4-inch barbs suitable for 1/4-inch inside diameter (ID) hose or tubing. It is rated for pressures up to 150 PSI and temperatures up to 175°F. The barb connections are secured by inserting them into the tubing, typically with a stainless steel hose clamp on the exterior for a leak-proof seal. This fitting offers resistance to many agricultural chemicals, non-acid based fertilizers, petroleum fuels, ethanol, and sodium chemicals, making it suitable for potable water, agricultural, and landscaping applications. It should not be used with strong acids, chlorine, or compressed gases
