Product Overview
The Keedex K-BXRHO is a weldable gate box designed for mounting cylindrical lever sets on metal gates. It provides a secure enclosure with a universal hole pattern for installing various lever locksets, including Schlage Rhodes series and other through-bolt lever applications. Constructed from 14 gauge steel, it offers robust protection for the lock mechanism. The box measures 4-3/4 inches wide, 4-1/8 inches high, and 1-3/4 inches deep, with a 2-3/4 inch backset. Designed primarily for welding onto metal gates, its unfinished steel surface is ready for field painting or powder coating after installation. While this specific K-BXRHO model is 14 gauge steel, Keedex also offers this gate box design in .125 gauge aluminum and 16 gauge stainless steel.
