Flux core. E71T-GS alloy is a high strength flux core wire which provides a deep penetrating weld without shielding gas. Excellent in windy conditions. 80,000 PSI tensile strength. Shielding gas: None required but 75 percent CO2/25 percent Argon (C-25)will reduce spatter. Machine polarity: DCEN straight polarity (MIG DC-).
