Product Overview
The LeMans II Shelf Set For Blind Corner Cabinets With Soft Closing is designed for organized storage inside blind corner cabinet spaces. This shelf set is configured for right swing installation and includes a soft-closing function for controlled tray movement. The shelf material is melamine, and the shelf surrounding material is steel. The shelves have a chrome finish, while the shelf surrounding has a white finish. The system is designed for cabinets requiring a minimum interior cabinet width of 30-3/4", a maximum interior cabinet depth of 19-3/4", and a minimum interior cabinet height of 21-1/2". It requires a minimum opening of 14-1/4" for frameless cabinets and 14" for framed cabinets. Each shelf has a weight load capacity of 55 lbs. The tray height is adjustable in 2" intervals, allowing the trays to be positioned according to the cabinet layout and stored item height. The model is 40Er, with a required minimum door opening degree of 85 degrees. Each tray size is 12", with a capacity of 574 sq. in. The complete set includes a pole, 2 trays, hardware, and mounting instructions. The trays pull out independently and are height-adjustable. The set is designed for installation in cabinets with or without a frame. The trays extend up to 85 degrees when the cabinet door is opened, helping reduce collision with adjacent cabinets and appliances. A spacer is available for mounting on a cabinet frame. Screws are not included. Recommended use includes food storage, general storage, and kitchen preparation areas.
