Product Overview
Cleaning of melting and application units with replaceable reactive PUR hotmelt adhesive inserts, and other non-reactive hotmelt adhesive systems like EVA based adhesives.
Advantages And Benefits
The use of a hotmelt cleaning agent prevents clogging of feeding systems as well as reactive incrustation on application units. Renders nozzles clog free.

- Neutralizes the isocyanate reaction
- The same processing temperature as for KLEIBERIT PUR Hotmelts
Application
Especially when PUR hotmelt adhesives are used, it is important that the application devices (particularly those devices fitted with nozzles), be thoroughly cleaned when there is a stoppage in the application process, (e.g. overnight or at the weekend).
Thorough cleaning can easily be performed by melting and flushing Cleaning Agent 761.7 through the application device.
Important Information
Before PUR hotmelt adhesives are again used in these machines, Cleaning Agent 761.7 has to be completely drained off.
