Non-slip and dual-edged engagement with the broken screw or bolt that needs to be removed. Unique hex head design works well with all standard hex sockets and extensions or box wrenches, eliminating the problem of rounded corners. Can be turned in clockwise or counterclockwise direction (for right-and left-hand threads). For unscrewing ruined screws and bolts without damaging threads. Tip has a built-in center punch pin to mark the center point. Drill a hole in the broken fastener with appropriate size drill bit. Tap extractor into hole and use a socket or wrench to loosen the fastener. Tapered flute design. Black-Oxide, cutting edges polished. Made of high-strength chrome vanadium steel.
