IKONIKOLOR PRO Express 1K Water-Based Primer is a water-based, wet-on-wet primer used to seal intact 1K or 2K finishes for fast return to painting topcoat. This product should be applied very thin and should not be used for building mil thickness. This product can also be used as a transition coat which allows the process of applying a two-component paint over a single component. **Topcoat Colors available upon request.**
