Base plate kit used to upgrade your Laser's cunningham and outhaul. This Laser Performance Fairlead Base Plate includes two Harken 16mm 376 Forkhead Blocks. Base Plate mounts directly behind the mast step to provide a 90 degree turning point for control lines lead into the cleat base.
