A Toggle Bolt (aka Butterfly Anchor) Is A Fastener For Hanging Things On Hollow Walls Such As Drywall. Toggle Bolts Have Spring Loaded Wings That Open Inside A Hollow Wall, Bracing Against It To Hold The Fastener Securely As The Screw Is Tightened.
