This Lo-Chlor, LLC LO-2-1 Algicide is a 1-gallon solution formulated to prevent and eliminate various types of algae, including blue-green, black, and mustard algae, in swimming pools. Each purchase includes a case of four 1-gallon containers. This organo-copper complex features a non-staining formula and is designed for long-lasting effectiveness, providing up to 90 days of algae control per application. It also contributes to reduced chlorine and shock usage while enhancing the performance of salt chlorine generators. For preventative treatment, 16 fluid ounces treat 10,000 gallons of pool water, and 32 fluid ounces are recommended for severe algae. Maintain pool water pH between 7.2 and 7.8 for optimal results.
